The Bayeux Tapestry is a huge decorated cloth that tells the story of how William the Conqueror came to rule England in 1066. Now, for the first time in almost 1,000 years, the tapestry has been brought back to the United Kingdom. Special steps were taken to make sure the artwork was kept safe on the journey.
