January Pause

NewsForKids.net has been on the internet for nearly five years now. It’s been a great adventure and a great learning experience for us. We hope it has been for you, too.

At this point, it’s not entirely clear what the future of NewsForKids.net looks like. We will be putting the site on pause for the month of January. This includes winding down our special pages covering Covid-19 and Russia’s war on Ukraine. The pause will give us time to consider options, and try to figure out how to keep the site going.

While there won’t be new content in January, we will be running older articles that we hope will still be of interest.

When we know more about the future direction of NewsForKids.net, you’ll be the first to know.

Thanks to all of our readers around the world. Nothing makes us happier than knowing that kids (and readers of all ages!) are checking out our articles from points scattered far and wide across the globe.

We hope 2022 has been a good year for you, and that 2023 will be even better. And, as always, a special “Thank You!” to those of you who have supported the site, and helped to spread the word. We truly appreciate your support.
